How Investors Work

The Basic Deal

1. Investor appears with an offer
2. You pay a cash amount
3. Get income multiplier for set duration
4. Multiplier expires, investor may return

Deal Types

Small Deals ($100K - $1M)

• 2x-5x multiplier
• 15-30 minute duration
• Good for early-mid game

Medium Deals ($5M - $25M)

• 10x-25x multiplier
• 30-45 minute duration
• Best mid-game value

Large Deals ($50M+)

• 50x-100x+ multiplier
• 45-60 minute duration
• Endgame power spikes

Secret Investor

• Location: Behind Republic building
• Appears: Only at night (in-game time)
• Special Deal: 10x income for 10 minutes ($1M)

Deal Evaluation

Is a Deal Worth It?

Quick Math:

Break-even time = Deal Cost / (Income Increase per Second)

Example:

• Cost: $10M
• Current income: $100K/second
• Multiplier: 10x
• Income during deal: $1M/second
• Actual gain: $900K/second
• Break-even: 11 seconds!

Rule: If break-even < 1 minute, TAKE THE DEAL!

Best Deals by Stage

Early Game:

• Take any deal under $1M
• 2x multipliers are worth it
• Help reach next milestone

Mid Game:

• Focus on 10x+ multipliers
• Only take deals with 30+ min duration
• Save for Void Weather

Late Game:

• Only 50x+ multipliers
• Stack with weather
• Use before Ascension

Strategic Timing

When to Use Investors

BEST Times: ✅ During Void Weather (stack multipliers!) ✅ Right before Ascension (maximize final push) ✅ When pushing for major unlock ✅ When you have active play time

AVOID Using: ❌ Before going AFK ❌ When close to Ascension but not quite there ❌ If you can’t actively play during boost

The Perfect Storm Strategy

Stack everything:

1. Wait for Void Weather (4.5x)
2. Activate investor deal (10x+)
3. Use any temporary boosts
4. Upgrade during multiplier window
5. Result: 45x-100x+ income!

Investor Management

Multiple Active Deals

You can have multiple investor deals active simultaneously!

Stacking Strategy:

1. Activate Deal #1 (10x, 45 min)
2. Activate Deal #2 (5x, 30 min)
3. Total: 50x multiplier!
4. Use during optimal window

Declining Deals

When to decline:

• Deal cost > 50% of current cash
• Multiplier too low for stage
• Can’t play actively during duration
• Better deal expected soon

Declining 3 times: Some investors offer better deal on 3rd decline!

Good Samaritan Badge

Requirement: Complete the UFO Key lever puzzle in the Sewer maze, then speak to the hidden alien NPC

Reward:

• Investor Bonus permanently upgraded from 1% to 2%

How to get it:

1. In the Sewer, pull levers: Blue → Red → Green → Red → Purple → Red → Green → Red
2. Collect the UFO Key
3. Pull Red → Green one more time to reveal the alien NPC
4. Talk to the alien — badge unlocks immediately
